Welcome to Glam-On Call ("Glam"), an online platform that connects you with independent beauty and wellness beauticians/ providers ("Professionals"). These Customer Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Glam platform, including any services booked through it. 2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and book services independently.
2.2 Individuals aged 13 to 17 may use Glam with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms and assumes full responsibility for the minor’s use of the platform.
2.3 Certain services may have specific age restrictions (e.g., for safety, health, or legal reasons). Glam and its Professionals reserve the right to refuse bookings that do not meet these requirements.
2.4 You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete registration information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Glam is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

3. BOOKING & SERVICE DELIVERY

3.1 Glam facilitates bookings between you and independent Professionals. All services are provided solely by Professionals; Glam does not deliver the services itself.
3.2 All bookings must be made through the Glam platform. Off-platform transactions are strictly prohibited.
3.3 You agree to provide accurate service details, including location, access instructions, and special requirements, and to ensure the service environment is safe, hygienic, and accessible.
3.4 Glam and its Professionals reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or unsuitable.

4. PAYMENTS

4.1 All payments must be made through the Glam platform immediately upon completion of the service.
4.2 You agree to pay the full amount as confirmed in your booking. Your payment method must be valid and able to process payments at the time of service completion.
4.3 Glam does not store full payment details and uses secure third-party processors for transactions.
4.4 Glam is not liable for transaction delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.

5. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & TRANSPORT REIMBURSEMENT

5.1 You may cancel a booking through the Glam platform, subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.

5.3 If you cancel after the Professional has already departed for your location, you are required to reimburse the full round-trip transport cost as listed at the time of booking.

7.2 You confirm that any content you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on the rights of others.
7.3 Glam reserves the right to remove any content it deems inappropriate or unlawful.

8. DATA PRIVACY

8.1 Glam collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
8.2 Your booking information (such as name, contact details, and service location) will be shared with Professionals solely for service fulfillment.

9.2 Glam reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, repeated payment failures, or any behavior deemed harmful to Professionals, other users, or the platform.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 Glam acts solely as a booking facilitator and does not provide the services itself. You acknowledge that all services are performed by independent Professionals.
10.2 Glam is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from services booked through the platform, except where prohibited by law.
10.3 Glam is not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power outages, or internet disruptions).

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 In case of a dispute, you should first seek to resolve the matter directly with the Professional.
11.2 Glam may assist in mediating disputes at its discretion but does not guarantee resolution.
